OASE Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing affordable sober living housing and community centers for people in recovery, seniors, and veterans.
Our mission
Housing that protects hard-won sobriety.
Our mission is to provide affordable sober living housing and community center environments for populations that too often fall through the gaps: people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction who are serious about sobriety, seniors seeking affordable housing in a sober environment, and veterans looking for the same.
We do that by acquiring and operating ordinary homes in ordinary neighborhoods, keeping rent within reach, and pairing housing with community space where people can find meetings, meals, and each other.

What we hold to, in every house.
Sobriety is the foundation
Every house and center is substance-free, without exception. Residents agree to it, and we uphold it consistently and respectfully.
Affordability is not optional
Rent is set so someone working a recovery-stage job or living on a fixed income can actually make it, month after month.
Dignity over surveillance
Clear standards and accountability, not humiliation. Residents are adults rebuilding lives, and they are treated that way.
Community is the medicine
Isolation is what pulls people back. We build houses and centers where people know each other's names and notice when something is off.
Our story
Started because the need was obvious.
OASE Foundation Inc. grew out of a plain observation: people leave treatment, hospitals, and service with real intentions and nowhere sober to sleep. Seniors on fixed incomes end up in buildings where drinking and using are constant. Veterans land back home without a stable base. We started acquiring homes to answer that directly, one house at a time.
