Housing & programs

Affordable sober living, run with real standards.

Shared homes in ordinary neighborhoods where sobriety is the household norm and rent stays within reach.

What sober living means here

Structure that supports, not a facility that manages.

Our homes are not treatment centers and not flophouses. They are households: private or semi-private rooms, shared kitchens and living rooms, and a written set of expectations that everyone signs and everyone follows.

Residents come and go freely, hold jobs, attend meetings, and take care of the house. Staff are present and reachable, standards are enforced evenly, and no one is asked to choose between honesty and a bed.

House standards

What residents agree to.

Standards exist so that the household stays safe for everyone in it. They are the same for every resident in every house.

  • Complete abstinence from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs
  • Random and for-cause drug and alcohol testing
  • Weekly house meeting attendance
  • Recovery program participation (meetings, counseling, or equivalent)
  • Work, school, volunteering, or a documented income plan
  • Shared chores and respect for quiet hours
  • No violence, theft, harassment, or unapproved overnight guests

Affordability

Rent set to be payable, not aspirational.

All-inclusive rent

Weekly or monthly rent includes utilities, internet, and basic household supplies, so there are no surprise bills.

No credit hurdles

We look at readiness and fit, not credit scores. Deposits are kept low, and we discuss payment timing honestly.

Help finding help

We assist with benefits, vouchers, veteran programs, and employment leads that make rent sustainable.

Who we house

Three populations, in detail.

Adults in recovery

For people coming out of treatment, detox, hospitals, or incarceration who want structure while early sobriety takes root. Houses are peer-supported with a resident house lead, and we help connect residents to outpatient care, sponsors, employment, and benefits.

Seniors

Quiet, affordable, substance-free housing for older adults. Ground-floor and accessible rooms where available, transportation support for appointments, and neighbors who check in. A sober household is protection, not a restriction.

Veterans

Affordable sober housing for veterans, with peer community and referrals to VA benefits, service-connected claims help, and veteran-specific recovery and mental health resources.
